    Default Disney's combiner robot

I know it's not really their absolute first step in the direction of transforming toys, but if they are going to design a combiner, do they really have Transformers in their sights?

As a youngster I never imagined these characters being combined in this way. It's clever in a very Voltron fashion, but I'm not sure I like it.

Considering that toy (collectable?) Was announced awhile back no, I don't think the house of mouse is after Hasbro. Meetings between Disney and Hasbro probably had more to do with the Marvel and Star Wars licences than buying Hasbro.
