    Email reply on the 1st. 1 day response.

    Had a box of goodies arrive yesterday. Took about a week.

    I used a chain of emails going back to an original "contact" link on their web page.

    i've facebooked everyday, messaged using an old email chain and created a new email through the contact page...no dice since the 2nd of november.

    they on hiatus or something?

    I emailed them yesterday and got a response today. So their shipping is slow but at least they communicate. The item in question was a black series Hera which has been out on shelves for weeks now.

    that's a bit concerning. They said they would ship my items on friday and they arent' responding to my messages...

    Just did a hail mary and responded to every email chain i have with them.

    I sent a email yesterday to enquire about my outstanding preorders. Got a reply a few hours later to say I’m getting a shipment sent out today which I have. Items are Black Series Hera, TR Twintwist and Misfire in case anyone was wanting to know.

    very concerning indeed. I just sent them an email from my gmail account...left them a comment on facebook as well.

    always check my spam. Nothing there. They did send me 3 items today but there's still some they haven't sent yet.

    Still no reply from them. I'm confused as to why they just can't send me a short message.

    still no reply. They haven't read my facebook messages and i'm not sure what's happening with email...

    anyone know if they are on hiatus or something?
