    it's a meduim called epoxy putty.
    used for minor sculpts for sculptors. it's actually called "the plumber's putty".
    though i got mine from back home. can't find a good one here.

    Hey mate, awesome sculpting and painting.
    i just have 1 constructive criticism:
    The neck on the Reactive suit scarlet is a bit long (almost barbie doll long) and disproportionate.
    Otherwise perfect customs mate. Keep up the excellent work!!!

    yup, i figured that out while i was doing her... so i just thought on hiding it by painting a longer black neckline on her so it would not be too obvious. i think if i didn't do that, she would look like a giraffe. lol
