Went to the Easter Show today and picked up the Transformers Energon showbag...



...which was naturally full of Dark of the Moon merchandise!

...and no toy. Seriously... couldn't they have just skipped half this crappy merch and chucked in a Legion Class figure or somethin'?

Came home from my honeymoon to find a big box full of masterpieces from RK including

- Red Alert
- Soundwave
- Ravage & Rumble
- Buzzsaw & Frenzy

Soundwave would have to be my favorite from this lot very very cool!!

That was the original TF Energon Showbag -- it came w/ the Otter Press comics which are a smaller print of the Dreamwave comics. IDW hadn't acquired Transformers yet (that would happen after DW dropped the ball w/ TFs). The Energon showbag didn't come with any action figures, but it did come with a little pachinko ("pinball") game and multi coloured torch light. This year's showbag is nothing but stationery and stickers. Ya know, the kind of present you get for your birthday from that awkward relative who's only invited because they're related to you.

I thought it was a TRANSFORMERS showbag, not Officeworks... I have to dig my old one out now, i'm sure i still have the comics somewhere
