Thats a nice way of making a smooth surface by having the chassis built vertically laid horizontally flat. A bit Star Wars inspired with the grey and little bits and bobs everywhere but very very nice. Except for the technic/bionicle tail fins.

Could've sworn I posted this before but here goes again, K-Mart has sale prices on new Lego sets (for them anyway)

    Magna Guard Starfighter - $60, save $15
    V-Torrent - $80, save $15
    Coast Guard Platform - $69, save $15
New (Massive!) Technic truck $139, save $36

The best value is the Magna Guard which equates to a 20% off sale price, the highest I've seen Lego get discounted for (other than on clearance). I'm definitely getting that this time. Last time I wasn't sure about $65 but this is about the best I'll ever get. The Coast Guard Platform and V-Torrent look very nice too but I'm going to wait out on those not to mention that Agents is something I'm hanging out too.

Was the truck set 8285: Tow Truck?
or set b8297: Off-Raoder? Nice price for it but I have no room for more gigantic Technic sets, as fun and time consuming they are to build but thats a damn tempting price.

Hey, just a Q for those with the classic space sets, Mr Digger.

Anyway, does anyone have any of the classic minifigs with the 193a2 helmets (specifically blue in colour):

    http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic.asp?P=193a2

Or do they all have the 193b2:

    http://www.bricklink.com/catalogItemPic.asp?P=193b2

It's easy to tell apart, look for the line on the bottom of the chin strap that continues along the side of the helmet.

I noticed that all of the blue figures that I have have the 193b2 helmets instead of the 193a helmets that peeron says they should come with. Was it a common thing to issue them, or have I just happened to get the sets from people adding in later helmets?

I also have a quite a few yellow figures with the b helmets too, but I also have other yellow figures with the a helmets. I also have one white figure with the b helmet, but all the rest have the a helmet.

It's just all of my blue figures have the b helmet.

EDIT: As for those cool looking sets posted above, does anyone else wish this guys would put together a parts/build guide for them?

I can't tell right at this moment MV as am at work but I think I have mainly b helmets as opposed to a in the blue colour. I also have replaced 1 or 2 with the even thicker chinstraps which the visors fit onto perfectly.

Yes but with all these new Exoforce I have the temptation to create my own brilliant custom starfighter or mech is really getting to me.
