The Reject Shop seems to have gotten in some more stock (reg clone trooper wave) so it may be worth looking there again if you simply want to troop build.

The store near me ran out of stock a few weeks ago. I went in there a week ago and the same wave was up again. And in a SUPER crazy twist...2 Boba Fetts were on the pegs. Picked one up for a friend.

I'd have to go check next time I'm out that way. They are still $20..there was 2 there when last I checked, but that was a week ago.
