I do like the barrel addition in tank mode but the other pieces would be stored off to the side for me if I ever had him in tank mode.

+1, they could have at least tried to integrate the kibble into the tank mode

It's a bit obscure I know, but it seems like a bit of a missed opportunity not to make the alt-mode kibble some kind of homage to the Action Master Neutro-fusion tank.
