    Default Xbox One Vs PS4

Has anyone bought any of these consoles yet?

Was hoping the older consoles would drop in price but not so, might as well buy one of these.

    Opinions and verdicts??

I'm a Xbox boy all the way, simply because of Halo and the 'Trigger" controls.
Haven't tried either of the new ones though?

I'm a good 2 years away from getting a PS4. There are no good games out yet and there is still a lot of PS3 games I want to get through first.

If PS4 was backwards compatible i'd pick one up, as there's too many PS3 games on my to-do list. And it usually takes a year or so before games start pushing the system.

I was delivering PS4's on friday, as i'm a delivery driver. One guy wasn't home, so i rang his mobile to inform him. He told me to leave it on the back table as he won't be home from work until 5pm. If i had ordered a day 1 console i sure as hell wouldn't have it left outside all day.

Give it 3-4 years and the PS4 will be very worth it. XB1 seems pointless, more expensive and less powerful? Crazy man, crazy.

Wii U is killer right now if only for SM3DW

This makes PS4 an epic fail IMO.

I didn't think either was backward compatible, For this reason alone I am looking at skipping both these. The only reason for lack of compatibility is to make you buy the same game again to fill their pockets. I am leaning more and more towards my PC

Wii U all the way. As the consoles got closer and closer to launching, I found all my gaming needs more than met by the Wii U.

I will wait a while for the Next Gen game libraries to grow a little and for the consoles to have their glitches ironed out before I decide if I want in. Don't want to buy an eventual brick with hardly any games at twice the cost.

This pretty much reflects my view of the console wars as it is now:
