It's 50% Australian owned according to Wikipedia. That's about as Australian as you get these days.

That's only Caltex Australia, which only operated within Australia... and it looks like it was fully sold off to Australian shareholders in 2015.

Caltex itself as a brand/trademark is owned by American company Chevron, for their non-American operations (middle east and Asia), that can still be found in quite a few countries, with some now run by separate entities that appear to be mostly independent of each other. But the one in Singapore still looks to be directly owned by the American Chevron company, as all their contact details suggest.
