Robot kingdom emailed me about this. It doesn't really look like Soundwave but he transforms into a tablet PC. He does partsform a little but the backpack piece could easily have transformed into Laserbeak.

Looks interesting enough.. You are right about the back piece though.. Buuut its Soundway so I'll bite when it gets a release date.
