An official announcement of the release of these two arcade game machines.

I wonder how much they are.

They've got this, stand up version, at Chadstone's Timezone.

Did you try it out, or not worth it?
If you did, what was it like?

Was going to but you need some sort of Timezone playcard to play, can't just use coins. Might look again next time, but appears a standard "things come at you and you shoot" type game.

This has also shown up in South Australia... so it sounds like there could be quite a few floating around the country now. (for anyone who is morbidly curious of the game)

Both of the games are at Galactic Circus in Crown Melbourne. I have been meaning to take my son in there to have a go.

Resurrecting an old topic... this SEGA arcade game has been modified to a "Special" Edition, to look like a gun-pod on the bottom of a WW2 bomber, or in the Millennium Falcon, in which you strap yourself in like a themepark ride, and the whole pod looks to move at your control, possibly in any direction.
    Looks like fun.

    Key word. Looks like fun.
I hope they changed the game a little bit. I like my arcade shooting games, but when Valkyrie76 popped over, we hit the arcade and gave that a crack. It's a MAJOR yawn fest. I was playing it and shooting things, but I just wanted something to kill me so I could leave.

So now you are in WFC Bumblebee?

They had this some place at Blacktown (the arcade near the bowling place) mid-last year, I played it and it wasn't that good.
