Did you use a guide for this fix? I think mine has the same problem, but I only transformed it once and put it away haha.

Just use a hairdrier, or boiling water to soften the plastic. Fire will probably just melt it, and I wouldn't want to risk it catching alight.

I wasn't aware of any guides to this. I just opened the chest up piece by piece. There are no springs or pressure pins, so you can't really break it. It was a bit like putting together Lego Technic pieces together, along with a bit of trial and error. I don't have a version of the mold on me in Melbourne, but can take apart one and take some photos once I get back to Sydney.

I might try that. Thanks for the tip!

...my Device Label Cheetor just totally shattered and fell to pieces. It's been breaking and crumbling quite a bit lately -- but now it's completely fallen apart.

Not often, but I use it as a USB for work, so it's handled frequently when plugging into computers and stuff. And occasionally transformed/fiddled at my desk. But usually just used as a USB. It just seems to have succumbed to the physical strain of being inserted and removed from USB ports repeatedly -- the actual toy that encases the USB unit itself is terribly fragile.
