Sofaman, HLJ is getting "USA editions", IE the same ones you saw in Toyworld...

The pictures they showed with the items on their website have different colours to the US versions (i.e. more authentic Japanese colours). I should be most annoyed if they turned out to be otherwise. I'm only getting the 3 together to save postage and get the authentic colours.

Also, they're showing an October availability - they would seem consistent with a later, Japanese release, yes?

Yeah they are called 'USA Editions' because they come in Hasbro boxes but the figures are painted considerably different with the exception of Onslaught who has minor differences in paint detailing, particularly the head but is otherwise the same.

I think Onslaught's plastic colouring is more dark blue on Tomy's version.
