New Masterpiece Hot Rod?
From TFW member Shatterpoint comes a pic of what looks to be MP Hot Rod or Rodimus (what was the reason why Hot Rod had to be called Rodimus in reissues again?).

If this is Hot Rod/Rodimus I sure hope he's the current car bot size. Still a silhouette but the car mode does look good but the bot mode looks a bit off. The top is too beefy for the legs. Guess he's been skipping leg day...

i also think that its just the angle he's posed and blacked out at. The roof/rear of his car on his back does create a wider torso

Edited title.... based on the text apparently saying that it is the next Masterpiece after Ironhide (so would be MP-28), and that it will be in scale with the current run of cars.
If true, it would mean that TakaraTomy are giving us Masterpiece nods to both main anniversaries next year - Optimus Primal for Beast Wars 20th, and Hot Rod for the Movie 30th. (and hopefully others for each, like BW Megatron & Galvatron)

If it's in scale with mp cars i'm damn keen, I was still thinking of shelling out for mp-09 to go with magnus, but to be honest when i did have a hasbro one before I just kept it in car mode anyway, I loved hot rod as a kid, my friend had one and i always played with him when i visited, so his mum bought me a rodimus for my birthday... just not the same but i still loved it too.
So yeah, in scale with other cars makes me a happy camper and insta buy!

Trademark. And "Rodimus" just sounds a whooole lot better than Rodimus Major (although at $25, that was a really well priced reissue

If true this is pretty awesome news.
I display MP-09 as Rodimus so a MP Hot Rod would fit in very well... like others have said I would love to see a MP Galvatron and MP Beast Wars Megatron
