This is definitely the main line and I think they're only about 4" tall.
Playmates announced that if the 6" Classics sell well (the Turtles that is) then they will expand the line to see other characters from the 80s/90s cartoon and possibly the 90s movies too. That would be COOL!

Oh man... Those classic turtles are so bought. What's with the pupil and non pupil? Classic styled show accurate vehicles?? Blimp??? Technodrome? I can only imagine...

The ones with the pupil are the remade TMNT figures from '87 show.
The ones without the pupil are the TMNT from the new show that is coming out.
Notice the 3 (ugly) toes on the ones without the pupils. This is how you can tell that these are the new ones.
