Yeah, that Devastator is legit. The softer green plastic on the waist (also Scavenger's bucket arm, Hook's crane extension, Scrapper's roof) can miscolour, which is the case here.

It's not hard STL, I've been to Japan before too, my friends and I roamed the streets of Tokyo ourselves, equipped with very basic japanese and some silly hand signals, we managed to get our way around. Some of the signs do have english writing..

I've been to Japan actually. I'm not too worried if I was just a tourist but if I were buying TFs, I imagine i'd really need someoe to help me around in those districts as well as hagglin' and asking for certain things. That's probably the part that's most necessary.
