Obviously cause they cant show the banks they refunded during a chargeback procedure if someone was to try double dipping. /end sarcasm

What a scumbag.

Refusing a refund for a product they can't deliver is surely illegal. And it sounds like we have it in writing. Take THAT to Fair Trading or ACCC.

That is so bs (at PC, not you llama). No other store has a returns policy like that. No other store would tell you to seek a chargeback. Double dipping is a fraudulent act in itself. He really is grasping at straws.

Thing is if he gets away with 10% of peoples money he is still ahead. That is what he is banking on. I can't believe he is still trading and he hasn't been shut down yet.

Yes, everyone is, and it's one of the items they've admitted they are unable to ever supply.

Just recieved my final chargeback from Citibank Visa. As mentioned before, Citibank’s dispute team are well aware of what’s been happening with PC, so hopefully the chargeback procedures will be easier for everyone.

So a total of 10 figures worth A$1500 plus undelivered. This experience has definitely dampened my expectations with OZ sellers. The fact that PC is still in operation is shocking. All talk from ACCC but no action. Disappointing.

Hope everyone else can get thi mess resolved somehow. Push on.

What's the success rates with charge backs through Bank West? Any experiences here? Blooming time wasting and money sucking bastards you are, PC.
Bloody irresponsible buggers... it's time to shut you down.
