Default MP Smokescreen shoulder cannon pin removal

    Hey guys

I'm at work at the moment so no pics right now until I get home. So I'll try to describe my issue as best as I can without pics.

Basically one of the tabs that flip out onto the shoulders to attach his shoulder cannons has been installed incorrectly and does not allow me to attach one of his shoulder cannons.

A simple removal of the pin should allow me to detach the tab, flip it around and secure it again by putting the pin back in.

So what's the procedure with removing pins? Is there an easy way to remove and reapply the pin? Would pushing a needle through it work? Any help would be appreciated. And if need be, I'll post pics when I get home if my issue is still not clear enough.

    Thanks in advance guys!

I personally haven't had much luck with the 'tap out' method - I much prefer the 'hot pin' method, although there are a plethora of ways that it can go wrong if one is not careful. As with any kind of customising, a great rule of thumb is "Practice on a junker first".

Good luck, let us know how you go.

Thanks for the reply guys. But honestly, I don't think I'm confident anymore especially after reading that I should practice on a junker. I think I'm just gonna email BBTS and ask for an exchange haha

ITZTRU, I'm by no means an expert but have a look at this thread I started some time back to remove the pin on my Metroplex to correct his finger which was installed incorrectly (pin stuck right through it so it can't bend properly and causing stress marks).
