Default Generation 1 - Third Party Add Ons

    Hey Guys;

I was wondering if any one knew of great add-ons for the following Generation 1 transformers and where I can get them from of course:

    Blaster
Ratchet - I know about the heads
    Jazz
    Sideswipe
    Mirage
    Ultra Magnus

    Starscream
Galvatron - Something to replace the orange laser beam
    Thundercracker
    Astrotrain

    Thanks,

    J

Have a look on the Big bad Toy store site. I think there have been Magnus missiles but that's about it. The rest were combiner bits

That's for Classics Ultra Magnus, not G1.

As far as I know, there are only a few upgrade kits released for G1.
Crazydevy made ones for Superion, Devestator, Predaking, and maybe the seacons? There was a G1 Jetfire/Skyfire head coming out but I think the project may have died.

What, specifically, did you want to upgrade on the characters you listed?
I know that there are a few more add-ons via the 3D printing service Shapeways (shapeways.com).
On the lookout for MISB Headmaster Highbrow, Takara or Hasbro. I'm sure I could make you a sweet deal!

Also, the BTS-03 Matrix of Leadership add-on kit for G1 Optimus, which... I guess could be used for Magnus... (lol)

I recently found elbows for a G1 Blaster on TF2005, which allows them to move.

I was just wondering if there where any other improvements or add-ons.

Especially Galvatrons Laser Beam, as it is about $60USD for one on EBay have seen a reproduction part but doesn't look great.

Does anyone know if you can request items to be made via shapeways?

If you can model something using CAD software and it meets their design requirements they will print it for you.

I'm not sure about approaching other users to model something on your behalf, that could get expensive because they may need to cover their modelling time expecting they'll only be selling a very small number of items.
