    You just pointed out pretty much the same problems that the 1988 stands have. I think this is something that is mostly a flaw of the original design rather than something exclusive to the reissue or Club exclusive versions.

    The Seacons' Targetmaster modes were always pretty stupid. I never took care of keeping my stands as a kid for this reason.

    i opened mine up and they stand fine.

    gestalt mode is front heavy though and the head pegs are loose connecting to snap-trap

    otherwise everything else is fine for me.

    Can't wait for mine. According to the tracking number it's in customs atm.

    I hope mine gets through. One time when I worked at a Subaru dealership I had to order a part from Subaru Japan and it happened to be put in a container with some sort of contraband. I had to wait 6 months for the part.
