If the cheaper prices aren't noted in-store, get them to price-match their own website price.

It should be the same in-store, because the website has "find a store" for that item, which should mean at that price.

If it was the same day, (yesterday) then go back and get them to refund the difference, as it was advertised on their site yesterday... which applies to in-store prices.

I just went to toyrus castle hill showground and they don't accept price match. The lady said its an online special and not store.

Thats just silly, it doesn't say the sale is online only does it?
Just a terrible way to treat customers who make an effort to visit the store
The random selection for the online store is just stupid. If they are going to be like that they may as well sell them in waves (with one of each character), instead of individually.

That's stupid. Nowhere on the website does it say "Deal not available in stores online only"

My friend called TRU Chaddy and unfortunately they said the same thing as well.

Agreed that it's an incredibly stupid idea. I don't want to order something random online. How in Kaon did they decide this was a good idea?
