Brought the Xbox Starter Kit in the middle for $8 for the game included (cheaper than second hand at EB or downloading from Microsoft), but the bonus is that I learnt that the Live membership works!

    So score.

Got today what is technically a Christmas present. Had to return some clothes someone bought me for Christmas (why do people bother buying clothes for others, when they rarely manage to get something they like or their size?), and while at Kmart, I went to buy the complete Seinfeld box set. The price I was expecting was $300, but it came up as $240. The lady said they were having a 20% off DVD sale for today only. That with my staff discount, I was saving $72 off that one box set, making it much cheaper than BigW's $264 (the cheapest I have seen it at, but can never find it when I can afford it). It works out to be about $28 per season, which is still pretty expensive, but is a lot cheaper than the $45-60 single season sets.
With that sort of saving, I decided to get the Complete Bond set (all 21 movies) as well, which was priced at $370, but the discounts brought it down to $280 (which is about $13 per movie).
I've now got a lot of watching of TV to do...

    Finally some new LEGO!

Rogue Shadow, the ship of Vader's apprentice and the Clone AT-AP.
Also some Imperial dropships because what's an empire without an army?
Some cheap JLU figs. Really got this for Vixen as I don't have any of her in this scale.
And two more automobiles for the garage. Really stoked with the '70 'stang there as I don't have this model. You guys think Hasbro is bad for repaints? Jada and Maisto make their living from them.
