This topic is for review links and image links (only), for future reference and usage on this site (insert the image by its web-address into any post here - but NO hotlinking of these images onto other sites without authorisation first).

I have also included a toyline (only) poll to this topic, to get an early impression of the toys known or bought in the first couple waves... then if there is enough interest at the end of the year or toyline, we could have another poll to see how those impressions/opinions changed after more exposure to the toyline, and to any surprises that show up later (any better or worse toys we don't yet know about).

I think the current Generations line is fantastic. I am very impressed Hasbro has got on the combiner train.

I am looking to future waves, with the hope of other combiners.

I think the line is looking strong. I'm not really interested in combiners but I'll be picking up all the Legends (mislabelled as Legions above I think?) and a few of the Deluxes too. Plus of course Voyager Prime and both Megatrons.

I think the few combiners Hasbro has done in the last few years have been pretty disappointing, and it looks like they've out a huge amount of effort into making this new line work. I gather the Deluxes are somewhat simplified over what we're used to recently, to make sure everyone plays nicely as limbs, but they all still look good so I think a good balance has been achieved.

According to RK's listing, the leader Megatron wave (G1/Armada) has been delayed until March.

I saw most of those legions class for $27 at either K-Mart or Toys R Us at Knox during the week.

While it is an overstatement to say this is the best toyline ever, I say it's one of the better toylines Australia received since the Prime toyline (beast hunters was a bit meh for me while AOE and RID are full of misses with a few hits)
