These are TakaraTomy toys (and maybe some significant licensed items) currently known from official sources, scheduled for release in NOVEMBER in Japan, as well as in Asia (most Japanese Transformers toys are also released through Hasbro Hong Kong).

Dates and details can change at any time - Approximate yen prices listed are just a rough guide to their retail price in Japan.

Production schedules can be a reason, if there is a large number of new toys coming soon (like the RID & GEN toys).

Complete products (reissues and redecos with no mould changes like Devastator) have been delayed as well..

And what about a minor remould... less remoulded parts than Devastator, yet delayed by SEVEN months.

It could be any number of reasons.
But when it comes to delays, the Masterpiece toys in general are the worst for meeting their release dates in Japan.
In just the last two years...
2014
- MP20 - Wheeljack (SEPT 20 - was AUG 23)
- MP21 - Bumblebee (NOV 29 - was SEPT)
- MP22 - Ultra Magnus (DEC 27 - was DEC 13)
2015
- MP-23 - Exhaust - (MAR 21 - was FEB 28)
- MP-24 - Star Saber (MAR 21 - was MAR 15)
- MP-10 - Convoy (reissue) (JUNE 27 - was MAY 31)
- MP-18B - Bluestreak (blue redeco Streak) (AUG 29th - was AUG 1)
- MP-25 - Tracks (NOV 14 - was SEPT 26)
- MP-26 - Road Rage - (DEC 26 - was OCT 24th)

That's a lot more than the six that actually made their release date since beginning of 2014... and one was a reissue, and one was for a convention, while one was a TakaraTomyMall release which has no exact date of release.
That leaves just three regular release MP toys from Japan in the last two years that have made their scheduled release date - Gold Bumble, Soundblaster, and Gen2 Sideswipe... none of which were new moulds.
Looking back even further, the last completely new mould Masterpiece toy to come out on time was MP15 Rumble/Ravage on February 23rd 2013... with Soundwave being the last "big" new-mould MP toy to not be late, which came out January 26th 2013.
Every new mould has been late in almost three years... so keep that in mind with future new Masterpiece moulds.

No point telling me, looks like they should be the ones be needing this update.

I only say is disappointing because people are expecting devy during the Christmas period.

I honestly feel they have revealed too many MPs when they cannot deliver within the time period.

Question is why give unrealistic time estimates?
Ramjet is not likely to be February heck I be bold to say none is even started at the moment. They are probably still doing road rage at this stage and only just started ironhide is what I believe.

Is like you said, for the pass three years they have not deliver the deadline so whoever is giving the estimated time is definitely not doing the job right.

Again this is a little bit confusing information for UW Defensor and may affect UW Devastator as well

Takara Tomy Mall lists Defensor new release date as 12th December...
but Amazon Japan now lists Defensor release as 20th December (sunday?) and Devastator as 12th December...

Honestly who cares about numbering of who goes first but I hope they release at least Devy on schedule...
