I'm still coming to grips with this.

Mrs. Mackness and I have known for the last few months that she is pregnant and we've thought at everything has been okay. Today we had our 20 week scan and I got to see our 100% healthy baby for the first time. Unbelievable! We got to hear it's heartbeat as well - just incredible! Nothing had prepared me for that moment when I realised, I'm gonna be a Dad!

Congrats and welcome to the club It'll hit you even harder (in a good way) when you go into their bedroom at night to check on them and then it dawns on you that a little person who is completely dependent on you and loves you unconditionally is sleeping under the same roof as you. It's an awesome feeling

just had a friendly game/s of basketball with some people from work, everyone had fun. Most surprisingly, the team I was on actually won the friendly 1 night comp. It was fun
