The highest that I have been to is the hume highway at 110kms when i drive outside sydney h. I haven't seen roads yet at 130km/hr. But then again I don't like driving.

But within sydney, the M4 - goes to 100km/h. I guess I was just looking at sydney areas that I know.

I've driven in Sydney motorways with 110km/h speed limits.

The man and the dog shake hands while the woman urinates on them?

    Real life riddle:

A student at my school is an Australian of Anglo-Celtic descent. He and his family do not speak any non-English language, yet English is their second language. What is their first language?

The student is currently studying Latin - but this will become his 3rd language.
