Thanks again Ultra Mack. Really stoked. Hopefully there won't be as much drama as MP-10.

Given the short supply of both MP Prime and Thundercracker last year (with high demand) I'm glad I just bought my MP Soundwave from RK. I'm happy that they're releasing a Hasbro version for people who can only buy locally - I'm just not counting on them being easy to find or buy, going on last year's debacle!

Hopefully they'll get a bunch more this time. I'm sure TRU head office have that clear now. Sure seems like it.

To make sure it was an Aussie who got to break the news internationally, I posted a thread here on TFW2005 - Giving upfront credit to OZformers, specifically Griffin & yourself Macky.

It is indeed awesome news on both Soundwave & Acidstorm!

Will you get one if it is a Hasbro version and not the Takara? I'll get it regardless but are you a Soundwave completist?

Hehe, I'm a Soundwave completionist so far as I am aiming to have one example of each Official mold that Soundwave has received - This allows me to not have to worry about the multitude of repaints the bloke has received.

In answer to your question; depending on the funds at the time I may just pick another up, TBH though I'm pretty damn happy with the Takara version.

Oooh. I wonder if Hasbro's Soundwave will come with the Cassettes?
