There's also Smash!, which is an anime convention that does bring Japanese seiyuu (voice actors) to Sydney. They did have a Transformers seiyuu at least once. They haven't announced their guests for 2015 yet.

Aus Premier collectables show updated their schedule for this year (found on their "bookings" page):

ACT - Canberra Toy and Hobby Fair 23rd April 2016 (University of Canberra: Kaleen High School)
QLD - Brisbane Toy and Hobby Fair - 1st May 2016 (PCYC Redlands, Capalaba)
​WA - Perth Toy and Hobby Fair - 12 June 2016
NSW - Penrith Toy and Hobby Fair - 27th and 28th August 2016
VIC - Melbourne Toy and Hobby Fair - 3rd and 4th September 2016

They also charge admission: adults $4, seniors $2, accompanied children free.

So far only two fairs have locations booked (posted via their fb page). If you're interested in getting a table at one of the fairs, be sure to check their booking page well before the show. The cut-off for booking a table at the ACT fair is April 12, no other cut-offs listed yet.
