    Something fishy with that Prime auction. No way is it even close to being worth that much, especially with the condition of the box. But the same bidder has put a second bid on it

    Quite possible. Had a look earlier and the person who bid had about a 6 feedback score. Not to say those with low scores are sham bidders but this price is just too much of an outlier. Perhaps the auction will end and the seller will later claim that the winning bid did not pay. Not sure if this is the case but the item may still appear in a sold or completed listing.
