That's Heatwave, a TF club membership freebie. An odd toy to randomly have since you had to be one of the (few) members of the club to get it.

I've never thought to look it up before (the non-Transformers item), just for curiosity.
I typed in Nexus Maximus into google images, and turned off the filter, and scrolled down a couple hundred images.... nup. Most were the Transformer.
I had to type in "sex toy" with the name just to get a result... so we as a fandom have triumphed over porn.

I'm just amazed that a Collector Club character (Heatwave) has been turned into a regular release toy (in the Hero Mashers line). I was thinking it was the first, but checking past Club/Con toys, it is actually the second... with Flamewar released as a toy in TFPrime.
Still, they'd be pretty happy to see "semi official" characters (created outside of Hasbro/TakaraTomy), being adopted by Hasbro/TT within their official universe of regular-release toys. (not that they need to, since they have thousands of their own characters at their disposal without needing to tap into characters created by license-holders like FunPub)
