Thanks. I'd seen people complaing she was too small, but she looks fine with Hot Rod. It's just Springer who's really tall

More the reason to leave Springer holding her in his arms

Can't say in super keen on this either. I pick and choose entries into my generations classics collection based on how cool I think they are. And Arcee ain't doing anything for me. Particularly when I have a PE Motorbot that imo is a much better version of the character. Because G1 accuracy is not the be all/end all.

But I'm happy for those who are thrilled with her. It's certainly about time Hasbro released her.

Springer and Gen Arcee - father-daughter proportion, height wise... Ill stick with Arcee and Hotrod instead . Besides I have FE Arcee to pair up with Springer as their height is more close to each other.

Ew gross. Or there's always Asian Generations Springer or BotCon Springer.

I've transformed her back and forth a couple dozen times and I notice she's developing stress marks where her headlights join up with the rest of her bonnet. I couldn't see how to fold her chest into place for alt mode, without exacerbating it so I clipped the tabsso the bonnet flexes less than before during transformation.

Edit: and clipped the base of that dorsal fin. It is extended so the flap can be lined up with her butt but I find it just pops out the fin more often than not.

Any figure that comes with swords demands wrist articulation.

A few thoughts on ol' Arcee:

    Cons
*She's really small - like super small for a deluxe
*Pink hands - I don't know why but it bugs me - makes it look like she's wearing those long fancy gloves ladies wear to the opera or Oscars and such
*The nice smile. It's very, very G1 cartoon Arcee, I'll grant you that. But I think Arcee has hardened up over the years and I would have preferred a grin or smirk or something to indicate she can cut you in half if she wants - as it is with that expression she looks like she really should be Daniels babysitter.

    Pros

    *Great colours
    *Awesome alt-mode
    *Good robot mode
*Guns to represent the old cartoon and comics, swords to represent the Animated series and current comics - very good!
*FINALLY GOT A PROPER ARCEE TOY AFTER 28 YEARS!!!

Pro's outweigh the cons for me

The guns can both be stored underneath and the arms can be tabbed in properly via the small gun, in case anyone dosen't know
