I was browsing Ebay for a cheap unicron but they are all from america and cost 30 dollars to ship. Is this just Ebay BS'ing me or me not reading the screen propelly

If it's Armada Unicron you are talking about he is fairly hard to come across and if it's the $30 postage you are questioning then that is a pretty good price as he is a big and heavy item plus the global shipping program that most US sellers use which is run by e-bay is well tracked and fairly fast.
If you keep an eye out he does pop up on Oz e-bay from time to time, the Energon one tends to go for more, but if you can get the Armada one for under $200 shipped it's not bad, under $150 and you are in the range of a very good price.
