$4 USD that's what they charged me, definitely worth it. Also, join up first, get a discount code and add when doing the pre order. All up it was about $22.00 USD or so for me.

Just realised I did. Hmmm, that's annoying. For the simple fact that they said it wouldn't. Not very good practice.
