Default Paypal policy change (they take your money if you owe eBay)

New policy changes, Effective Date: Jul 26, 2011

Basically the gist is if you owe eBay money, PayPal can come and take it from your account. So, if you go afoul of eBay, make sure you disconnect your PayPal account.

Everyone should have gotten an email informing them of policy updates. I always read them.

As of 24th of January 2012, they've emphasized these points even further. However, from my read, it seems that as long as you don't auto-pay eBay, and have no Billing Agreements with them (check your Paypal Account Profile), you should be OK.
