Default 2017 Simba-Dickie licensed diecast vehicles

The Simba-Dickie licensed vehicles are back again this year, adding more to the range of RID vehicles and gimmick items from last year (most of which we didn't see here in Australia), as well as producing Movie items.

The official images sent to TFW are of the RID products for this year, but there aren't any images or new characters revealed for their Movie products. That's likely to come at the US Toyfair later this month.

Neon Sideswipe looks really cool. I like how Neon Prime looks like Micromaster Powertrain!

Some images of their Movie figures and vehicles have now been released. The list in the link in the first post above noted a long list of potential items, but as we have seen for RID, very few may end up being produced and picked up by retailers (particularly with the hefty price tag on the RID 2-packs).

A couple of 5-packs of Movie vehicles & figures, plus a remote control Bumblebee, from Simba.

Found in the UK from Simba-Dickie - a launcher trackset, with a stasis pod to launch the diecast cars into. Only £8 (about AU$13)... so if it comes here, hopefully it will be just as cheap (unlike the price on their diecast cars).

More licensed Dickie Transformers toys have been found in Australia... more diecast vehicles for RID, along with diecast Movie vehicles & robots, and a transforming remote control car.

The diecast vehicles were found at Kmart - $6 for the single packed Movie vehicles and $10 for the RID 2-packs.
The remote control Bumblebee (should also be Optimus, but I didn't see it) was found at Target ($39) and BigW ($49 at BigW).

Looks like Simba-Dickie have another year on their license for making diecast vehicles (and related items), as they are said to be showing off their 2018 product at the Hong Kong Toys & Games Fair from January 8th to 12th... including their Bumblebee Movie products (which could give us our first look at the main robot cast and their vehicle modes... if someone is able to get a chance to take some photos).
