    Default Tablet / Laptop hybrids

Anyone have experience with these? Been thinking that one might be useful for work. It seems as though in many senses the laptop portion simply acts as a fancy keyboard dock, usually with extra battery and sometimes a larger hard-drive. Looks like newer ones are all running Windows 8.

    Any recommendations?

i don't see really any good point for having a hybrid as a normal tablet can do everything these day and has a much longer battery life , unless you doing video editing or extreme database and processing, then you would need a powerful laptop anyways so the hybrid wouldn't be much use.

I'd do Google search for reviews first. Laptops are cheaper these days and I need it if I'm going to do stuff like make a comic or do my e-tax but I also have a tablet which is a good size for surfing the web, reading and some drawing.

The problem that I see with a hybrid is that if it needs repairs you don't have a laptop or tablet
