In the worlds before Monkey, primal chaos reigned. Heaven sought order, but the phoenix can fly only when its feathers are grown. The four worlds formed again and yet again, as endless aeons wheeled and passed. Time and the pure essences of Heaven, the moisture of the Earth, the powers of the sun and the moon All worked upon a certain rock, old as creation. And it became magically fertile. Looks like Tracks is going for the role of Tripitaka, after all, they both have similarly-shaped headwear and question marks hanging over certain aspects of their sexuality...

I chose Scoop (IDW) because much like Tripitaka he is both religious/spiritual and a non-combatant. And being a Buddhist monk, Tripitaka is meant to be all about humility, which is something that Tracks is definitely not! And as for the other thing... he's a celibate monk, so... The old and new(er) Japanese TV series cast women in the role of Tripitaka supposedly to make him more boyish (similar to how a lot of boys are actually played by women in animation, e.g. Bart Simpson etc.). It's a much better alternative to forcing a boy's voice to not break.
