Default KO Defensor

looking on ebay i have found a reissue of defensor, have seen a few that are defineate KO's but this one i don't know about? first off did they do a reissue? and does this look like a KO?

Defensor was never reissued. The pic in the auction is the genuine French / Canadian giftset however I'd pay dollars to donuts that it is not the item you would be buying. $99 BIN for a vintage giftset is too good to be true. Stay away from it.

The Protectobots were reissued in 1990/91 in that gold G1 packaging style of the early 90s. But the Defensor giftset itself has never been reissued. Here's what the legit reissue Protectobots look like in packaging:

That person is selling heaps of Transformers KOs, including the infamous Grimlock Bommander.
