    yeah and its such a hassle having to deal with an international business to get replacement parts.

    Ive placed an order on RK site earlier this week for in-stock items. I haven't received a confirmation email. Previous occasions I received the confirmation email immediately. Just wondering if anyone who placed an order recently with RK is having the same problem?

    The RK site did mention that the email server is temporarily down but that was on Monday (2/12/13)!

    RK doesnt always send confirmation/shipping emails. Has happened to me before a few times, but was sorted out in an email

    Email server is done, so no confirmation or shipping emails at the moment.
    However with the new system you do get to see your past and present orders

    Ah yes. The Tracking Number is displayed in the Shipping details of the Order in My Account. A nice feature.

    Just found out tonight that RK no longer accepts orders w/ credit card payments and only deals with PayPal now. A massive kick to the nards for those of us who don't use PayPal.

    It's really not hard to set up a paypal account.
