i"d like to buy retail too when they're on sale, but ringing around and driving out to the stores, making sure they actually have them in stock when they are on sale and the time invested, it really isnt worth my while to do so which is why i import. Straight to my door, no hassles

You just missed out, Amazon has gone through their own stock for them. I was lucky enough to pick up Slingshot at $16.99.

They did however they've sold out of their stock. They may re-stock in future so would be a good idea to keep an eye on it.

I picked up Break-neck for $US16.99 + postage (works out to be $AU30.)

Pretty much same as retail, so happy with that.

Make sure you choose the right seller (Amazon Prime), as some will not ship.

I just looked, still available, though Slingshot sold out between Sat and Sunday.

there was only one listed seller in Amazon so I guess that's prolly why. and that one doesn't ship to Australia. ;(

Well looks like they're back in stock today. I bought both of them. Hope it doesn't take too long to arrive.
