It's not like I was asking for something difficult, like the exact chemical composition of each bit of plastic on each lion.

They're charging me, okay, so.....what are you charging me for?

Yet that simple question is apparently too difficult.

If you can't tell me what you're charging me for, don't be surprised that I'm pissed and liable to get even more pissed that you expect me to just blindly accept the charges.

    Unbelievable.

that response is total BS. You should ask for thier manager.
Tho the 1800 number is a free call, I too would be pissed ata reply like that. Its as if they cant be bothered to look into your case and just give you some number to call.
Hope everything gets sorted. I have heard nothing but bad things about mattel and this voltron.. good thing I passed it up.

The people at support can be total morons so I would suggest sending another email and keeping it as simple and short as possible or they will get confused.

The 1800 number is only free for the US. International calls get charged at the international rate.

    Sigh.

I'm glad they followed up on this after I posted at the MattyCollector forums, but why couldn't I have been told that the first time?

    Ugh.

    Yellow lion arrived just now!

No time to open it, but hopefully I'll have some pics up tonight.

    Alright, here we go.

Usual disclaimer about me being terrible at taking photos, and having a messy desk.

I've used the same Wheeljack for size comparison.

I've also used the same cat. She's loose but in fairly good condition, and for once, was able to sit still for more than 2 minutes.

    So all up, pretty nice.

I'm really concerned about space though. I don't have enough room for these monstrosities!

    Heh.

I have to admit, a large part of me is questioning whether or not I should keep them.

It's already a pain in the ass, and that's at 40% completion!

I think I may end up keeping the pilot and stand, and I don't know about the lions: sell them as I get them, wait and sell it all as a complete Voltron, or making an agreement with someone, that they'll purchase the lions as they arrive, and I just keep pilot and stand (and the pilots alternate head).

I think there are a lot of people with no interest in the pilots, so maybe I'll find someone.

This is a great line, but I just can't give it the display room it needs.
