A shiny Lucky Draw toy that isn't the usual (boring) gold colour... this one is a shiny blue First Edition Arcee.

At the JP Bic Camera stores, a purchase of over 3000yen of Arms Micron toys earns you an entry form for a drawing in January, for one of 25 of these Arcee toys. Entry closes December 3rd.

That is actually a very nice re-deco of that toy, It's a pity I'll never be able to afford one on the second hand market
