Tonight I took my family to a Japanese restaurant and my wife ordered a spicy pork rice bowl then complained that it was too spicy. So she challenged me to finish it off... and I did... and my mouth did burn. Many cups of water later.

I suspect it was the mayo. It was a pretty warm day.

The Tortilla alone in that BK abomination has 1/3 of your daily salt intake

But mayo on a meatball sub? Ewww. Needs zero sauce.

I find that the Mayo is actually the best sauce for the meatball sub, as it comes with meatball sauce, so you don't want another flavour to clash with it... but you get a free sauce, and it adds a bit more moisture to the Sub, particularly if you get it toasted and it dries it out a bit.
(the meatball sub is my favourite from Subway, and I have tried quite a few combinations... with the best combination being with any cheese, onion, and mayo, with or without toasting - now I have a craving for one )

I found that I liked the onion sauce instead of having onion.

I'm partial to the ham and turkey with mayo. and onion sauce. Double stacked of course. I get every subway doubled as you get a sub that they used to make as standard then. Just a shame they don't do the U-gouge anymore.

Well it's a good thing it's only 1/3 of your daily eating then isn't it? Unless you're a horse and lick your salt block all day between meals.
