    Yeah, I had the same experience when I saw Animated Swindle at Myer for $39.98... bugger that!

    Hmmm... I can't remember the animated prices, but the Universe Deluxes were $29.99.

    Yeah, the Universe Deluxes were that price. I found Universe Cyclonus at Myer and picked him up for that price. But on the same shelf was Animated Swindle for an extra $10, so I while I happily picked up Cyclonus it was a big pass on Swindle.

    Yep. Just confirmed the ridiculous markup on Myer Animated Deluxes. Between Myer and TRU they are worse than eBay!

    But Myer will Price Match, try and great the friendly grandma type, she'll ring the local TRU, get nowhere, because their all a bunch o'freakin' morons, and then give you the animated figures for $30.00.

    I did it with Animated Swindle and Blurr and that is what happened.

    You must live near a magic Myers because my local Myers refuses to price match no matter how much you argue the point. In fact, the lady at my local said to me, you may as well just buy it at TRU because we dont price match.

    Wow. Myers and DJ's build their customer base out of price matching. I'd ask to talk to that assistant's manager.
