    Feel so buggered with this cold, moving warehouse and karate grading that it definitely feels like a steak night. I need some solid fuel

    It was awesome. Porterhouse covered in masterfoods mild steak seasoning, then put them on the grill, then throw a capful of Johnnie Walker red label over each steak. It was fantastic and much needed

    Well it was sunny this morning then it started to rain midday, Ive already set what I wanted to eat on a "sunny" day so even though it was raining I went along and made these for lunch


    Vietnamese rice paper rolls




    and for dinner something spicy and hot - my first attempt at cooking Pad Thai - didn't use the pre made sauces as I found an interesting recipe of it on the net...

    Yeah commercially sold Gyoza's can be, you can always make some... less greasy but maybe even tastier
