A couple years ago there was a big Transformers sculpture done in the ice, and this year, a number of smaller character sculptures feature this year.
It's a shame that Megatron was done with dirty snow.

Plus, some photos of toys and freebies as well.
(looks like the First Edition Optimus has been released in Japan as well this week, along with America and Singapore)
