Sadly my Burn-Out (Not SKids) came out of the baggie with a broken tab off the front grill/chest :-(

at least it's not a horribly warped hinge like other years, and i can just try and ignore it

The G1 reissue Trypticon that I purchased is double taped, perhaps done at the factory. Are other board member's Trypticon reissue also double taped? So first world problem, but so annoying.

It is so frustrating to finally find a TF figure on Ebay, and then find out the seller doesn't ship to Australia. It seems like more and more American sellers are deciding not to ship internationally. It makes it very frustrating trying to find good condition figures

Try private messaging them. Most of the sellers have their listings defaulted to US-only, under the assumption that international buyers/foreign countries are too fiddly to deal with. I usually msg to assure them that I've bought hundreds of TF's from the US (unfortunately true) and I've only gotten 1 negative exp from the seller's part.

Also, with sellers that allow for international buyers, you should also ask them if they're willing to post via USPS First Class International (as opposed to USPS Priority Mail International). The cost savings is halved, and still gets here in about 5-7 business days on average.

I did try that, but it seems the seller might have their PM's turned off. Ebay wouldn't even let me type a message. It skipped the whole compose message screen, and I just got a "The seller cannot answer your question. Please re-read the auction listing to find your answer" message

I have had some luck with asking sellers in the past, but even still - I've had more "no" responses than "yes" And they always say "I don't want to deal with the hassle"

Just got back from 5 days in Bathurst. The last half hour of the giant drive was in hail, rain and lightning with two screaming kids in the car - yay

Anyway get home and find that the cat (who has been fed and checked on along with the rest of our animals each day while we were away) had climbed up the curtains in boredom and even ripped one entirely from the railings

The REALLY annoying thing is that he used said curtains to get up on the top of the buffet, the only safe place (or so I thought) in the house that I could have some toys set up without kids or animals reaching them. I found CW Superion in a mangled wreck on the floor along with Stomp & Chomp Grimlock, TFCC Lio Convoy and TAV Slug

Thankfully none seem to be broken, I'll check them properly in the morning in case I've missed something from my cursory check. My sons chalk-board stand was below so I think they must have hit them first then slid down rather than doing a straight nosedive to the tiles from a height of 9 feet.

I don't know Trev, I'm now more on the fence about if Toy Story is real or not. Sounds more like a heated battle was happening while you were gone. Either way though, pretty sucky buddy

Sounds like they knew CW Devastator was coming to take one of their spots. If one will stand then one shall fall!

You could try a US mail forwarding company?
