It's hard to think of a more absurd thing than selling a single figure in two parts. I guess you could just buy Part A and display it as a bust?

True but you are not forking out cash yet to kick start it.

Some people will just rather hold on to money and pay for it when release.
Fantoys has not said this is an exclusive either.

Well the bright side is if you broke the claw hand you don't need to buy the whole figure

Its price is way too high from US and PC...

In Hong Kong, part A is 1,500 HKD and part B is 1,000 HKD..

Which converts to $436AU. And I assume shipping is not included?

Some people have a way of calculating things without any consideration and is like asking stores to close down just because they don't even consider profit for a company.

If out of 8 stores and is priced way higher, I get it.

How is $550 considered priced way TOO high?

Btw if people are just going to say this is priced way too high without listing an alternative source then is as good as not posting as there isn't any solid proof of what you claim.

Take pc's months long process to fulfill all item orders, ft pushbacks well past eta, throw in a part A and part B and you have a show on forums that is going to be bad comedy.

Or fly to Hong Kong for part a fly back and fly to Hong Kong for part b and think you saved money?

Alternatively buy from bbts and pay a near $700 for a and b which is still up to fantoys ETA .

I feel that there are a lot of very impatient members here in octa, once a product is released they expect their stores to have them immediately or they judge them harshly.

As I am talking to fantoys directly I probably get answers faster than wherever I buy this piece.

    .
well It's not a consumer impatient matter but a retailer matter.

Normally if a product is released stores should have them immediately or within a reasonable time frame.

If it's not immediate or there is delays involved, any decent retailer would communicate this to customers, it's pretty much the norm for most retailers online and offline.
