I believe that's the Chinese language version of Transformers Generations. No idea if it's licensed or not. Interesting to see the title is 変形金剛聖経 (henkeikingouseikyou) which translates as "Transformation Hard Gold Bible"

No, the title is just "Transformers Bible", Transformers in Chinese is "変形金剛" which means roughly "Transforming Robots"

He comes with bonus bad quality control, and randomly packed Unicrons even have ultra special lucky draw neutered action features!

New mold for the face as well. But I'd get it if you don't own a Unicron, as I got one for that reason. Looks much better IMO, but I don't know if I woulda bought it if I had a Unicron already.
