I can't say either, as I don't actually own any, but they look pretty good. (most of them anyway)
I'm considering some headmasters as my first toys.

I'm looking for a couple, all though they aren't too high priority:
    Sixshot, Chromedome etc.

    Yup, that's fer sure

I don't have many and the ones I have are reissues, but I'd have to say of the (very few) in my collection, I really love Star Convoy. I was expecting it to suck, but despite being a large hollow block, I found it a really good playset!

Sixshot definitely counts, as he was a really significant/pivotal character in JP Headmasters... but barely featured in the Western canon.

Whilst I am interested in building up my Japanese G1 collection (advice appreciated) I only have 3 pieces. An original Twincast from Headmasters MIB, an encore release Twincast and a Laster from Victory MIB.

As much as I like Twincast I find Laster to be the better toy due to the grandmaster gimmick and different design. Now I want to get the complete Road Caesar boxset.

The Darkwings from Masterforce and Dai Atlas are ones I am keen to track down in boxed form.
